If you are faced with the desire for sweets every day, remember that is healthy to satisfy the needs of your body. Contrary to popular belief, the desserts are very good for our health, and therefore you would not have to waive them.

1. They literally make you happy

Remember the feeling when you eat your favorite cake and suddenly you start to feel better? It happens because the desserts are filled with many carbohydrates that help the brain and body to produce a variety of hormones that cause happiness.

2. They make diet easier

The desire for sweet is one of the biggest reasons why people “violate” their diet. But if you stop eating completely sweets in the long run it will not be of great help. Studies have shown that those that eat healthy but not completely thrown rich desserts have greater success in weight loss because their body feels more satisfied.

3. They reduce the negative effects of diets

Sudden eviction carbohydrates and sugars from the diet leads to a need for glucose, so it can cause a reduction of your energy, feeling tired while on diet and an increased desire to reach for the sweet.

4. Through them you can enter more fruit in the body

The fruit is necessary for our health, but often we are not aware that we don’t eat enough. Therefore fruit desserts can be of immense help. Complete your favorite ice cream with blueberries and raspberries, bake a cake with apricots, or pour the bananas with chocolate.

5. They contain important nutrients

Most diets that prohibit the consumption of carbohydrates do not take into consideration their nutrients. Desserts may not be the healthiest form of carbohydrates, but with controlled amounts they can be turned into their main source.
