Ingredients
  1. • 2 large bananas
  2. • 125 grams of peanut butter
  3. • 100 grams of oat flakes
  4. • 1 tsp vanilla
  5. • 2 tsp honey
  6. • 60 g flour
  7. • 1 tsp cinnamon
  8. • ¼ tsp yeast
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Make mashed banana, then add them to the honey, peanut butter and vanilla. Stir until they merged.
  3. In another bowl mix oat flakes, flour, cinnamon and yeast.
  4. Put the two mixtures in a bowl and stir until it is merged.
  5. With a spoon make small cookies on the baking tray.
  6. Bake for about 12-14 minutes until the cookies become brown.
Notes
  1. If you want you can add chocolate in the mixture.
