Ingredients
  1. 450 g mashed roasted pumpkin
  2. 1 ¾ cups flour
  3. 1 cup white sugar
  4. ½ cup brown sugar
  5. 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  6. ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
  7. ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  8. 1 teaspoon baking soda
  9. ½ teaspoon salt
  10. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  11. 2 eggs
  12. ½ cup butter
Instructions
  1. Cut the pumpkin and remove the seeds. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in hot oven on 200°С. When it is cooled with teaspoon get the inside and mix it with blender to make it mashed.
  2. Brush the forms for muffins with butter and leave it aside.
  3. In a bowl put all the dry ingredients: the floor, the white and brown sugar, the salt, the soda, the cinnamon, the clove and the nutmeg.
  4. Mix.
  5. In another bowl mix the eggs, pumpkin, the butter and the vanilla extract. Mix with a stirrer but not for too long and then put the mixture in the bowl with dry ingredients. Mix with a spoon.
  6. Put the mixture in the muffins forms and bake on 190°С for about 20 minutes.
