Israel artist, Sigalit Landau for one of her projects decided to sink a black dress in the Dead Sea.
The dress was sunk into the salty waters in 2014, and it was recently removed from there.
As you can see from these amazing photos, the final result is magical.
The project is called “Salt Bride” and is inspired by the play “Dybbuk” by 1920, which is about a woman who is haunted by the ghost of her dead lover.
Landau was checking the black dress at every three months to capture the process of crystallization of the salt, which can be seen in the photos.
