Morning habits that everyone should have

Have you ever wondered why your life is not better than it is? Probably it is because you do not have healthy habits during the morning and at the start the day.

Healthy, successful and beautiful people are doing certain things right after waking up, and it needs to be done by all of you.

Assuming you have a typical life, you will have 25,000 mornings as an adult and you need to spend them healthy.

What do you do when you wake up?

Probably you check your phone, read your email or spend time on social network or you do anything else with your smartphone

What should you do? 

Wake up early – Simple in practice is better than sleep late. But it would be good to have enough sleep because there is no purpose to get up early, but haven’t had a nice, long sleep. But not everyone need 8 hours sleep – adults who sleep about 6 hours and 7 have a lower death rate.

Smile – first because you are here today, alive and certainly awake.

Get out – Studies show that people exposed to light in the morning have a lower BMI regardless of diet, exercise and other things. 

Drink water – This will help your body to wake it hydrated, throw out toxins and eat less.

Drink hot water with lemon – really helps in the excretion of toxins.

Drink green tea it is better than coffee.

Drink coffee – but after 9:30 or 10.

Eat before you go to exercise – Do not eat much after exercises.

Eat only fruit – and only fruit, because an empty stomach nutrients are even better for your body.

Eat healthy foods – This is what nutritionists do.

Eat one hour after awakening – The more you wait, the harder it will be satisfied later.

Meditate – meditation teachers say this is the first thing you should do in the morning because you have just woke from a sleeping position.

Stretch and move your body – do 20 minute cardio exercises right after awakening.

Go on a morning walk – It is a blessing for the whole day.

Take a shower – reduces stress and increases fertility.
